Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders that are placed before 2PM (Mon-Fri) the same
day. Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 working days after dispatch (UK
mainland). Orders for locations outside of the UK mainland will add an
extra day to the delivery times.

As soon as your order is dispatched a tracking number is assigned. We
will notify you be email when your order is dispatched and the tracking
number and tracking link for your order will be included so you can keep
track of your delivery.

We use a selection of couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely.
We currently use DPD, DHL Parcel, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. The
courier is selected at dispatch depending on the size value and weight
of your order.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday, so for example you placed and order on a Friday the next possible delivery day would be Monday.

All delivery estimates are guides and not gaurenteed but we will try our upmost best to adhere to the advertised delivery times.
