We dispatch all orders that are placed before 2PM (Mon-Fri) the same day on a Next Day service. Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 working days after dispatch (UK mainland). Orders for locations outside of the UK mainland will add an extra day to the delivery times.
Tracked Deliveries
As soon as your order is dispatched a tracking number is assigned. We will notify you be email when your order is dispatched and the tracking number and tracking link for your order will be included so you can keep track of your delivery.
Collections
If you would prefer to collect your order from our shop please select the collection option at checkout. We will process the order and as soon as it is ready we will send you a message to let you know. Collections are usually ready in 2 hours but please do not arrive until you receive your collection ready email.
Couriers We Use
We use a selection of couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely. We currently use DPD, DHL Parcel, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. The courier is selected at dispatch depending on the size value and weight of your order.
