We dispatch all orders that are placed before 1 PM (Mon-Fri) the same day. Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 working days after dispatch (UK mainland). Orders for locations outside of the UK mainland will add an extra day to the delivery times.

As soon as your order is dispatched a tracking number is assigned. We will notify you be email when your order is dispatched and the tracking number and tracking link for your order will be included so you can keep track of your delivery.

We use a selection of couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely. The courier is selected at dispatch depending on the size, value and weight of your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Providing the item is new and unused.

To start a return, all you need to do is head over to your customer account portal which can be found HERE.

We usually process returns within 48 hours after the return is received. As soon as the return is processed you will be notified ny email to let you know. The refund will be issued back to you original payment method and should show back into your acoount in 2 - 4 working days.
